Big Brother Naija Housemates’ First Official Dinner & The Headline Game
Gold outfits, a glamorous feast, and a game that had housemates naming each other for headlines — Day 3 ended on a high note before the drama returned.
The Show Ya Sef Housemates’ First Official House Dinner
Day 3 of Big Brother Naija Season 11 wound down with something the housemates hadn’t experienced yet — their first official house dinner, complete with a dress code, a feast, and a game that pushed everyone to size each other up out loud.
The Invitation
The evening started with an invitation to the house’s first formal dinner. Head of House Chimsom Chuka read out the brief, explaining that the dinner was designed to help housemates get to know each other beyond first impressions. The dress code: come dressed in your best, with a touch of gold.
While most of the house buzzed with excitement, Sheba wasn’t fully convinced. She quietly told Sultex she suspected the dinner might actually be Biggie’s way of getting housemates to open up about the first-impression notes they’d written about each other earlier in the day.
Getting Ready
With dinner announced an hour out, the house turned into a full glam session — makeup brushes out, outfits being ironed, and everyone putting the finishing touches on their looks. The anticipation was obvious across the house.
The Feast
When dinner was finally served, Biggie didn’t hold back. Dressed in glamorous gold-accented outfits, the housemates sat down to a spread of good food, music and easy conversation as they properly settled into the evening.
The Headline Game
Once dinner was underway, Chimsom Chuka read out another brief introducing the Headline Game. One by one, housemates picked three headline prompts and had to complete each by naming the fellow housemate they felt best matched it, along with an explanation for their choice — a light-hearted twist that doubled as another round of house impressions.
The Calm Before the Storm
For a while, the dinner offered a genuine break from the tension of earlier in the day. But it didn’t last — shortly after the housemates returned from dinner, arguments broke out again, including a clash between Bells and Chimsom Chuka over his handling of house rules, and renewed friction between Neche and Ricky.
Even so, the first official house dinner and the Headline Game gave the Show Ya Sef housemates one of their more relaxed, connective moments of the week before the drama picked back up.
