The results of the viewers’ votes to save their favourite nominated housemates from eviction are out.
In Week 6, fifteen housemates, including Aikou, Araga, Barry, Bells, Bluethopia, Chimsom Chuka, Flora, Gerard, Keivo, Nomy, Oyin, Ricky, Temi Nkem, Tram and Yusuf, were placed on the possible eviction list following Monday’s nominations, with their fate in the show decided entirely by viewer votes.
Here is everything that happened during the nomination process, which ultimately led to this week’s eviction.
Week 6 Nominations
Housemates were required to nominate two fellow housemates they wanted to save from eviction this week.
Earlier in the day, Abi won the Head of House Challenge, earning immunity for herself. Sheba, having been named the Most Influential Player of the Week in Week 5, carried that immunity into Week 6. The season’s two Gambits, Aikou and Flora, were also relieved of their Gambit duties this week and are now eligible to compete for the grand prize alongside the rest of the house.

Week 6 Evicted Housemate
Gerard was the only housemate evicted in Week 6 of the Big Brother Naija Show Ya Sef season. He becomes the eighth housemate to leave the Show Ya Sef house. Speaking on stage with Ebuka, he admitted he had seen the eviction coming after his name was called during the house crossing, adding that the politics inside the house had become intense and that he chose not to play the game that way.
Gerard’s Big Brother Naija Season 11 Journey
Gerard always had something to say, and usually knew exactly how he wanted to say it.
